Management Profiles
Richard A. Boulay, B.SC., President
Mr. Boulay graduated from Carleton University in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology.
His 30 year career has included a diversity of projects in the international mining, mineral exploration
and mine financing industries. In the early 1970's he was a mining investment analyst for Moss,
Lawson & Co. in Toronto. This activity was followed by twelve years of international mine project
financing work with three international banks: The Bank of Montreal, The Royal Bank of Canada and
The Bank of Tokyo. Throughout his entire career, Mr. Boulay has been active in mineral exploration in
Canada, the United States and South America. His activities have been responsible for the discovery
and initiation of mining activities of several projects in South America and the United States. He is
President of Marum Resources Inc. and personally directs the company's exploration programs.

Jeffrey G. Robinson, Secretary-Treasurer
Mr. Robinson was employed in the accounting and advertising industries in Sydney before emigrating to Canada in 1991. During the past thirteen years, he has been active in the advertising industry, in both Calgary and Phoenix. He is General Manager of TBWA|Worldwide's Calgary office and is responsible for directing that company's activities in Alberta. Mr. Robinson contributes investor relations, advertising and investment introductory advice to Marum Resources.

Arness Cordick, Director
Mr. Cordick was employed for ten years as an investment advisor for a Vancouver investment firm. He is currently the president of U.S. Minerals Inc. a company which provides financial services to public companies. Mr. Cordick provides financial and investor relations services to the Company.

Daniel A. Beauchamp, BSc, PGeol, Director
Mr. Beauchamp holds a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Ottawa, and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Mr. Beauchamp has 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, including experience as a public company director.
