How Do I Get a Flat Stomach?

I’ve tried just about every kind of exercise there is…really. Crunches, sit ups. I even bought one of those ab rollers to make sure I was doing crunches right…but so far? Nada. I can’t seem to get this stomach to lie down the way I want it too!

Yesterday I saw a Flex Belt Review online though, and I think I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Seems like all you have to do is wear this belt for about 1/2 an hour a day, it does the work for you, and in a couple of weeks you have a flatter looking stomach.

It does this by giving your muscles a little electric zap…just enough to make them contract like any kind of stomach exercise would. As your muscles get stronger, you up the power of the electricity, and you just keep getting stronger and stronger.

I really think I’m going to give this a try!

Why I Am Going to Have to Eat a Lot to Gain Muscle

After sitting around watching football this weekend I now realize that it’s time to start working out. Since I’m fairly skinny I’m thinking that I need to focus on working out to bulk up like this routine outlines. My whole life I’ve been in pretty decent shape but I’ve never had a whole lot of muscle.

Like many of the football players who have bulked up, I am going to have to hit the weight room with a mission to get big. In addition to lifting a lot of weights, I realize that I am going to have to eat quite a bit more too.

I’ve read online that you should eat about 400-500 calories above maintenance. If this is true then that means I am going to have to eat a ton of food. If that is what it is going to take thought then I am prepared to make that happen. I talked to my wife and she said that she will make sure to cook as high of calorie dinners as he can.
